Je suis autodidacte dans le domaine artistique, ayant une formation en ethnologie (DEA d'Ethnologie et de sociologie comparative) mes peintures plus spécifiquement les photographies sont évidemment imprégnées par cette discipline scientifique. En tentant de me départir des multiples biais cognitifs dans lesquels nous nous engluons tous, mon travail artistique consiste à trouver "la bonne distance" face à l'absurdité, à la colère, à l'anxiété, au vide - en transcendant les doubles liens, en confrontant les transferts et la haine des miroirs, dans un monde et un environnement malade et schizophrénique.

Les thèmes sont ceux de la porosité, de l'identité, des frontières, stéréotypes, masques, lumières, ombres...

Ce travail aborde évidemment la résilience en confrontant des transferts et la haine des miroirs et en abordant le sentiment de solastalgie. 

Ces regards transversaux nous mènent à la relativité, à la création de liens. Il s'agit de transcender les oppositions binaires, toute opposition faisant partie d'un tout, liant l'intérieur, l'extérieur et soulignant implicitement la porosité des mondes tout en le questionnant...

I am self-taught in the artistic field, having a background in ethnology (DEA of Ethnology and Comparative Sociology) my paintings more specifically photographs are obviously imbued with this scientific discipline.  While trying to exorcise multiple cognitive biases in which we all get stuck, my artistic work consists of finding "the right distance" in the face of absurdity, anger, anxiety, emptiness - by transcending double bonds, by confronting tranferences and the hatred of mirrors, in a sick and schizophrenic world and environment.

These photographs and paintings are sheding the light on porosity, identity, blurred outlines, stereotypes, masks, shadows...

Abviously, this work is also about resilience by confronting transfers and hatred of mirrors and deal with the feeling of solastalgia. Moreover these transversals regards give us a glimpse how we can take a distance and heal the wounds caused by blindness and fear. These oppositions be part of a whole and create links between the outside and the inside, by emphasizing the porosity of worlds while questioning it...
